The Arts Council of Tuscaloosa will present the 16th Annual Double Exposure Juried Photography Exhibit at the Bama Theatre and Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center in 2018. The competition will be open to Alabama photographers with divisions for both juniors (Ages 12-17) and adults (Ages 18 and older).
