Spirit of Hodges Festival

Spirit of Hodges Festival

October 10th, 2026

The name “The Spirit of Hodges” takes on special meaning and reflects the town’s history.  The Spirit of Hodges was a P-51 Mustang fighter aircraft used in World War II.  The plane was named for the town after the residents of Hodges raised more than $47,000 in war bonds in 1943. The annual event includes live entertainment, inflatables, door prizes, and vendors of all kinds.
