The festivities will start off with the River Run 5K and a Kayak/Canoe Race.  Vendors and food trucks will be open from 8-4.  The Elba Theatre will host the Art Camp Presentation, the Rockin' the River Pageant, and a Cornhole Tournament. Other activities include a sidewalk chalk competition, artist demonstrations going on throughout the day, the Rubber Ducky Race on the Pea River and music and entertainment continuing into the night.  Come join us!
