49th Annual Piney Woods Arts Festival

The Piney Woods Arts Festival takes place on Saturday, April 22 (9 am to 5 pm) and Sunday, April 23 (12 pm to 4 pm), 2023, on the grounds of Enterprise State Community College (at the running track) in Enterprise, AL. One of the oldest juried arts and crafts shows in the area, it features original art and crafts, a children's fun center, food trucks, and more. Special events include live music and performances, a Civil War Living Display, and the Weevil City Cruisers Car and Truck Show (Saturday only). Free admission.     Old railroad station contains many artifacts relating to area. Displays include descriptive placards.

    Downtown society library of historical and genealogical items, gift shop.

    The Huey Helicopter and Wall of Freedom

    UH-1 helicopter donated by U.S. Army Aviation Center, Fort Rucker. Around base is "Walk of Generals" featuring plaques honoring commanding generals of Fort Rucker.

    Southern Broadway Dinner Theater and Event Center

    Original short plays in dinner theater format. Located in historic downtown Enterprise, just 3 doors from the Boll Weevil monument.
