The Latino Heritage is the focus as Russellville welcomes you to the Annual Franklin County Heritage Festival.  Beginning in 2023, this free family event in Downtown Russellville has festival food, vendors, and kids’ area with rides and games. As the sun begins to set, the stage lights up with authentic music and entertainment.
