A Forest Therapy Walk is a guided walk with a certified Forest Therapy guide that helps you connect your senses to nature to improve your physical and mental health. Forest Therapy is a mindful practice of immersing yourself in nature and focusing on your senses in order to quiet the mind, become present, and improve your overall health going forward. This is a scientific-based activity that anyone can participate in to help reduce stress and improve the immune system, along with other benefits. For a two-hour period, you will be given invitations that connect your senses to nature and help you experience the health benefits nature can bring, led by instructor, Josh Harris
