SBM travel exhibit includes about a dozen banner stands, original artwork, and other surprises, all of which tell the story of the Scottsboro Boys case.  The travel exhibit is one way the museum fulfills its mission to commemorate the lives and legacy of nine young African Americans who were falsely accused of raping two white women and became international symbols of racial injustice in the 1930s.
