The Kelly Fitzpatrick Memorial Gallery welcomes the Making Alabama: A Bicentennial Traveling Exhibit from October 7 through October 25, 2019. The exhibit is presented by the Alabama Humanities Foundation in partnership with the Alabama Bicentennial Commission, Alabama Department of Archives and History, and Main Street Wetumpka. It is an interactive exhibit that tells the state’s history from the 1700’s through present day. The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Everyone is invited to the reception at the gallery on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm.

    From Montgomery, take Hwy 231 N, Turn left on Main Street. It's in the Wetumpka Administration Building between Alabama Power Company and the Wetumpka Civic Center.
