13-year-old Meg Murry struggles to adjust to school and home life after her father, a renowned scientist, mysteriously disappears. But when she and her brother are visited by three ethereal creatures - Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Which - who claim to know where their father is, they must join forces to rescue him.
