Pilots from across the U.S will participate! The festival will include balloon glows Friday and Saturday night, the world famous Disc-Connected K-9's Frisbee Dog Show, carnival rides, arts and crafts vendors, and great food and entertainment. The festival grounds, located at 210 Cater Lee Way in Foley, are open Friday from 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
