Wilson’s Barbecue offers up barbecue quick through its drive-thru window. But that smoky taste doesn't come so fast. Owners Fred and Mickey Henly cook the meat over the long hours of the night so customers can grab it and go. They do have a few picnic tables under shady trees for eat-it-now types. And you may want to. The sandwiches are piled with chopped pork and vinegar slaw, and you choose the sauce: a Carolina vinegar, a thick red hickory or a sauce with just enough heat to burn a bit going down.
