Listed on the National Historic Tower Site as tower #250, Flagg Mountain Lookout Tower is located on the Weogufka State Forest in Coosa County, Alabama. Built by the CCC in 1935, the 50’ stone tower is a unique structure. Renovation work underway.

Weogufka Center is a good family type venue with shows, festivals, and events. We have an annual Mule Day Festival on the last Saturday in April and an Old Farm Day on the last Saturday in October. Vendors, food, fried pies, and historical educational activities.
