Their 50,000 square foot retail store is located in Scottsboro, Alabama and welcomes millions of bargain hunters each year from all over the world. Unclaimed Baggage has contracts with all major airlines and purchases unclaimed bags and their contents after an intensive search for the original owner. 7,000+ fresh items are stocked daily including clothing, accessories, electronics, fine jewelry, books, sporting goods, and more all priced at a steep discount. The store features a cafe which offers Starbucks coffee, made-from-scratch lunch options, and fresh pastries. Guests can take self-guided tours in The Unclaimed Baggage Museum, an exhibit featuring 100+ of the most unique, intriguing items ever found in lost bags, as well as participate in the Unclaimed Baggage Experience, an interactive demonstration of how lost bags are processed.
