The Rawls
Located at the historic Rawls Bed and Breakfast, the Rawls Restaurant brings sophistication to classic Southern cuisine under the guidance of chef Bill Schleusner, an Alabama native and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Using local, seasonal ingredients, Schleusner creates dishes like shrimp and grits, braised rabbit pasta and grouper with pecan sauce.
