Today, Sue shares the Bailey's commitment to educating customers and ensuring the very freshest harvests from Spain, Italy, Australia, and other regions that produce award-winning monocultivars. The Happy Olive imports 12-year aged balsamic vinegars from Modena Italy in more than 2 dozen blends. Artisan oils are featured by hemisphere and harvest as opposed to store-bought varieties that may sit on a warehouse shelf for months. As one of the country's few mustard sommelier's, the Happy Olive also offers small-batch gourmet mustard on tap. Discover signature spices, teas, and a variety of locally sourced products.
