The Happy Olive

The Happy Olive celebrates the gourmet gospel of the Mediterranean Diet. Owner Sue Rusnyiak brings her own passion for food and the endless health benefits of the Mediterranean lifestyle to the store she purchased from longtime original owners Vickie & Richard Bailey in 2020. Today, Sue shares the Bailey's commitment to educating customers and ensuring the very freshest harvests from Spain, Italy, Australia, and other regions that produce award-winning monocultivars. The Happy Olive imports 12-year aged balsamic vinegars from Modena Italy in more than 2 dozen blends. Artisan oils are featured by hemisphere and harvest as opposed to store-bought varieties that may sit on a warehouse shelf for months. As one of the country's few mustard sommelier's, the Happy Olive also offers small-batch gourmet mustard on tap. Discover signature spices, teas, and a variety of locally sourced products. You’ll find exclusive gifts your foodie will love as well as the exquisite Ronaldo line of fine jewelry.
