Delicious for a good value. I think the food is excellent and love the atmosphere! So nice to have a non-chain with character right here in Jacksonville. Some dishes are more expensive, but there is something for every budget. EVERYTHING I've had from there has been awesome!!! Love, love, love, LOVE Effina's!!! Best food everrrr! My new fav, better than macaroni grill and alot better prices!
