Doshia’s

Doshia's is a unique restaurant, flower and gift shop.   It is located in a  quaint historic house on 206 East Church St. in Jackson, AL, surrounded by mature oak trees and an inviting veranda that wraps around the front and left side of the house. The shop is named after my beloved mother Deloris Dean while using her affectionate childhood nickname of Doshia. The shop offers offsite catering and fine dining in the restaurant.  The decorations are exquisite. Patrons are welcome to browse the shop before or after dining. The décor is seasonal with Christmas being particularly festive. Custom decorated Christmas trees can be  purchased as is and set up in patron's  home by the staff of the shop. Words can  hardly describe the mouth watering food served at Doshia's and a sure favorite  is dessert ranging  from whole pies and cakes to mini pound cakes, buttermilk, pecan and sweet  potato pies and brownie squares.
