Linden

Linden, a historic city in west-central Alabama, traces its origins from the early settlement known as "Screamersville," later becoming the county seat in 1819, with the name changing to "Hohenlinden" in 1823, eventually shortened to "Linden." The city is known for its annual “ChiLLy Fest,” which features delicious chili, a cook-off, parade, and pageant.
