The Cullman County Museum pays tribute to the rich history of Cullman, Alabama, while the Ave Maria Grotto at St. Bernard Abbey showcases impressive miniature buildings crafted by Brother Joseph Zoettl. Rock the South, a three-day country music festival held each July, has attracted as many as 45,000 music lovers. Country music stars including Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, Sam Hunt, Florida-Georgia Line, Alan Jackson, Thomas Rhett, and Eric Church have graced the Rock the South stage.

The Alabama Tourism Department has recognized the Cullman Strawberry Festival as the official “Alabama Strawberry Festival”  for its growth and splendor. First held in 1939. the festival takes place each May featuring live music, artisan vendors, rides for the kids and lots of strawberries and strawberry-based recipes.
