Chattahoochee Valley Railroad Trail

A 7.5 mile long walking/biking/running trail in Valley, Alabama that runs through four historic districts of town (Fairfax, Langdale, Riverview and Shawmut) that were once serviced by the railroad. The trail traces the path of the Chattahoochee Valley Railway, which was constructed by the West Point Manufacturing Company to serve several cotton mills along the Chattahoochee River on the Alabama-Georgia border.
