Burritt on the Mountain

This museum's mission is to enhance lives and the community through educational, artistic and recreational experiences while preserving the culture, land and historic structures. Step back in time to the 1800's with authentic log cabins, period interpreters and a barnyard. Tour the eclectic mansion of eccentric Dr. Burritt or hike trails. Burritt on the Mountain is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our visitors, staff members and community. Our staff members will be wearing masks, social distancing (at least 6 feet apart), disinfecting their hands often, cleaning surfaces frequently, and limiting the number of visitors who enter our buildings at one time. We ask that our visitors help us maintain a site that is safe and welcoming for all by maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from staff members and visitors who are not in your party and wearing a mask or face covering.
