Baumhower's Restaurant
Baumhower’s is equal parts passion for food and the quality Bob Baumhower learned from playing days with the Crimson Tide and Miami Dolphins. When a teammate introduced him to Buffalo-style wings in 1981, a love affair and Bob’s first restaurant were born. The small counter-service spot grew eventually to the 13-restaurant gumbo that makes up Aloha Hospitality today. The sports-themed restaurant boasts dozens of flat screens for game time and a museum-worthy collection of sporting memorabilia. Baumhower’s expansive menu celebrates a variety of our legendary wings but also features chuck and beef-brisket ground hamburgers, salads with scratch-made dressings, fish tacos, and much more.
A must? The Hot Bama Brown Sandwich – named one of Alabama’s “100 Dishes to Eat Before You Die”!
