Lake Eufaula & The Red Hills

The “Big Bass Capital of the World” is none other than the beautiful 45,000-acre Lake Eufaula. This body of water features 640 miles of shoreline and many public boat ramps and marinas. More than 280 bird species have been verified at Eufaula National Wildlife Refuge. Eufaula and its surrounding towns are also home to more than 700 historic and architecturally significant structures that provide a glimpse into the past. Troy University is also located in this region.
