Alabama Wildlife Federation (AWF)/Alabama Nature Center (ANC)

Alabama Wildlife Federation is the oldest and largest non-profit conservation organization in the state of Alabama. They focus on educating all ages on the outdoors and wildlife. They have many different amenities that allow for educational experience. They have the Alabama Nature Center at Lanark that is the perfect spot for a field trip. They also have many walking trails that can be accessed Monday-Saturday 9AM-5PM. To ensure the safety of their visitors during COVID-19, they are asking people to wear mask and social distance.
