St Symeon Orthodox Church Food and Culture Fair
The 8th Annual St. Symeon Food & Culture Fair will be Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 9am-3pm at St. Symeon Orthodox Church. Guests are invited to shop for baked goods and gifts, enjoy hot lunch foods, tour the church, hear the choir, learn about church art and architecture, and more!
The outdoor marketplace tent this year features six booths: the Middle Eastern Market; the Balkan Bakery; Babushka's Kitchen; Southern Sweets & Savories; Cafe Europa; and, new this year, Moana Munchies, featuring Polynesian foods. The booths will have baked goods and other food items as well as art and other gifts. Guests will not want to miss the Opa! Kabana loukoumades tent, where church members will be serving up made-to-order Greek honey puffs (a/k/a Hot Greek Donuts).
As always, homemade pierogi will be available hot in the lunch line, as will the large sausage rolls -- hoagie rolls stuffed full of sausage and kraut. Frozen homemade pierogi are also available by the dozen. The bookstore and gift shop will be open inside the church’s fellowship hall as well. All are invited to visit St. Symeon for this fun event!
