The Ballyhoo Festival is a fine arts event, which also features cultural exchange. Visitors can expect to browse the original art work of artists from several states. The Poarch Creek Indians will perform original tribal dance in ceremonial regalia. There will be a fun spoof event called Queen of Ballyhoo Contest. In addition there will be on site art demonstrations, children's hands-on art activities, a Ballyhoo trackless train for children, and local seafood by Waterway Village District restaurants.
