Alabama Shrimp & Clam
OvenBird's Alabama Shrimp and Clam Fideos features toasted pasta from the Spanish coast, house made sofrito, smoky paprika, saffron, and local organic tomatoes which are slow roasted in their wood oven. Finally, Bayou Labatre shrimp, wild mussels from Maine, and minced herbs freshly picked from their garden are added.
