Frank Stitt

Frank Stitt is a James Beard Award winner and owner and executive chef of Highlands Bar and Grill, Bottega Restaurant and Café and Chez Fon Fon. He was a forerunner in using locally grown farm products and is credited with being one of the leaders in Alabama’s attaining national culinary status.
